Information that makes a request useful
Include destination country and port, steering and registration constraints, new or used preference, version or year, mileage, essential equipment, charging access, intended terrain, towing need, budget and timing. If a candidate already exists, send the VIN or original listing record.
What follows
The first response separates confirmed requirements from open questions. A candidate, inspection scope, dated quotation, contract and shipping plan follow only after the comparison boundary is accepted. Submission does not reserve a vehicle.
When several vehicles are available, the reply should show why each is comparable and which facts remain seller-stated. Inspection or freight work begins only after the buyer understands the proposed scope and responsible party.
