Identity before interpretation
The process begins with VIN, manufacturer plate, production date and source documents. Fangchengbao, Bao 5, 方程豹 and 豹5 may appear across records; original wording is retained where a translation could create a mismatch. Version and option claims are then checked against dated official material and installed hardware.
New evidence and used evidence differ
A new-car file verifies production, version, sales status and export path. A used-car file adds mileage, repair, underbody, suspension, battery, charging, diagnostic, service and accessory evidence. Neither route assumes that a clean listing photograph proves the vehicle.
Inspection has limits
An inspection states what was accessible, tested, observed and not tested at a particular time. It cannot guarantee future reliability. Hybrid, battery, charging, engine, cooling, structure, running gear and cabin functions are recorded separately so one strong area cannot conceal another open question.
Reports retain the test date, environment and access limits. A short workshop drive cannot establish long-route energy use, while a scan without physical inspection cannot rule out impact or water exposure. The buyer receives evidence grades instead of a broad statement that everything is good.
The destination makes the final decision
Charging, customs, tax, registration, towing and local modification requirements belong to destination specialists. China-side work assembles vehicle evidence and flags questions; it does not promise that a foreign authority or digital service will accept every feature.
Commercial boundaries remain visible
Vehicle value, inspection, preparation, inland movement, freight, insurance and destination work are shown as separate lines. The contract identifies the seller, exporter, beneficiary, vehicle, documents and responsibilities. A replacement VIN receives a fresh review.
The final handover gives the buyer and destination adviser the same vehicle description, condition evidence, open-item list and document set. Any discrepancy is resolved before it becomes part of the arrival process.
